From Newark/Wilmington (Kirkwood Highway): Short version: From Kirkwood Highway, STAY STRAIGHT on Polly Drummond Hill Road until you come to the 2nd STOP SIGN. Turn Right at this stop sign (note brick mansion). Go 0.3 miles and turn right again into Lamatan (Not Lamatan II). Long version: Take Kirkwood Highway until you get to Polly Drummond Hill Road. Take Polly Drummond Hill Road. Continue straight past Polly Drummond Shopping Center. Continue past Ebenezer Church on your left. Continue straight on Polly Drummond until you reach the Traffic Light at "Whitemans Garage". This intersection is with Paper Mill Road. Stay straight. Polly Drummond turns into Corner Ketch Road at this Traffic Light. Follow Corner Ketch Road 1.1 miles to a stop sign at Doe Run Road. Go straight 0.4 miles to the next stop sign at Branch Road. Turn Right. Go 0.3 miles and turn right again into Lamatan. (Not Lamatan II). Our house is 9th house on right side of road. 17 Lamatan Rd: Bus; 239-9166 or Home; 239-4153.
-OR- From Newark (Cleveland Avenue/Main Street): Take Paper Mill Road (Route 72) North out of Newark. You will come to a large office complex on the left (was DuPont’s Louviers, now is MBNA Deerfield). You will then come to a Traffic Light with a Shell Station. Go straight past this light for about 2 miles until you come to the next Traffic Light. Make a left at this Light. The name of this road is Corner Ketch Road. Follow Corner Ketch Road 1.1 miles to a stop sign at Doe Run Road. Go straight 0.4 miles to the next stop sign at Branch Road. Turn Right. Go 0.3 miles and turn right again into Lamatan. -OR - From Wilmington (Lancaster Pike): Take Lancaster Pike (Route 48) North toward Hockessin. Right after you go past Sanford School, you will want to get in the left lane to make a left onto "Old Lancaster Pike". This turn is in front of "Tomm’s Produce". You then continue to the first stop sign and make a left onto Brackenville Road. Continue on Brackenville Road to the first Traffic Light (Limestone Road). Go straight across Limestone Road. Brackenville becomes "Little Baltimore Road" at this point. Continue on Little Baltimore Road. You will come to a "Four Way Stop". Go straight thru. At the next stop sign turn left. The name of this road is Doe Run Road. Continue on Doe Run Road. Take the second right turn off Doe Run Road. It will be more of a veer right than a right turn. After you veer right, this is Branch Road. Make the first left off Branch Road. This is Lamatan. Our house is 9th house on right side of road. 17 Lamatan Rd. Bus; 239-9166 or Home; 239-4153.

Come out of Library and turn left on VALLEY ROAD (towards
Limestone Road). You will then pass Lantana Square Shopping Center on your left. Go straight at the traffic light at Limestone Road. You will then come to a 4-Way STOP Sign Intersection. |
| 2: At this 4-Way STOP Sign Intersection, Turn RIGHT onto LITTLE BALTIMORE RD. |
| 3: Go 0.8 miles to the next STOP Sign, Turn LEFT onto DOE RUN RD. |
| 4: Follow this road about 0.9 miles. At 0.9 miles you should veer right onto BRANCH RD. |
| 5: Go
0.4 miles and then turn LEFT into LAMATAN. This is
